Once you’ve selected a dealer, we’ll schedule your hand‑over appointment: the dealer will prepare all the transfer paperwork, inspect the vehicle, and have payment (cash or certified cheque) ready. At your appointment time, you simply drive to the dealer, hand over the keys and documents, and receive your payment directly. Afterwards, Carsoo will invite you to rate and review the dealer’s service to help future sellers make informed choices.

Yes, you can list your car on Carsoo even with an outstanding loan. Dealers will bid factoring in your lender’s payoff amount, which you obtain by requesting a payoff quote from your lender and sharing it with bidders. Once you accept an offer, you coordinate directly with the dealer to pay off the loan and clear the lien (either via dealership or escrow process) before transferring the clear title to the buyer.

Yes, you can list a leased vehicle on Carsoo to compare dealer bids for either a lease buy-out or a lease transfer.
